Massage Therapy Services

Massage Therapy can do wonders for the body, both physically and mentally. No longer considered just an indulgence, massage is a recognized, effective treatment for many health conditions.

Every massage at Shade Mountain R&R is tailored to meet your particular needs. You may need a relaxing, rejuvenating full-body massage. You may need a massage centered on a particular muscle injury. Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release Techniques, and muscle stretching are only some of the techniques we will use to “customize” your massage to fit your needs.

“It is my goal that your treatment be relaxing and beneficial. Whatever your massage needs, whether it be for relaxation or rehabilitation, I am confident we can achieve that goal!” – Tamela

Featured Treatment - 15 Minute Ortho Massage

$15

Christopher Dubler, one of the Shade Mountain Licensed Massage Therapists, is now offering a new treatment geared towards those who deal with hand, wrist, and forearm problems. This treatment will be valuable to those who work desk jobs or do repetitive motions of the hand and wrist on a daily basis. Massage is able to address issues associated with the soft tissue structures of these areas, which can lead to reduced pain and better range of motion. Those who have relief of these symptoms will likely be more effective at their work. Each session will take 15 minutes and will cost $15. A general treatment plan would be two treatments per week for a month, gradually decreasing the amount of sessions if symptoms improve.
