Our soap decks were designed by us to maximize the life of our soaps.
Maple will pull moisture out to keep your bar dry, therefore extending the life of your soap. Maple is a very hard wood that will not stain your tub or shower. The grooves allow air to circulate under large bars. When your bar reaches approx 1/2″ thick: place it vertically in the widest groove. As your bar gets thinner, move it along to the last groove. You will be able to use you bar to just a sliver.
