Every massage at Shade Mountain Natural’s Retreat is tailored to meet your particular needs. You may need a relaxing, rejuvenating full-body massage. You may need a massage centered on a particular muscle injury. Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release Techniques, and muscle stretching are only some of the techniques we will use to “customize” your massage to fit your needs.

Bamboo Massage
$70 / 1 hour
Bamboo Massage is a deep tissue massage utilizing warmed bamboo tools. The warmth of the tools helps to melt muscular tension and allow the therapist to work deeper into the muscular tissue. This treatment increases circulation and flexibility while decreasing pain, stiffness and tension.
Who is this treatment good for?
This treatment is perfect if you are one who enjoys and benefits from deep tissue massage. If deep tissue massage is to aggressive for you, you can still experience a Bamboo massage by communicating with the Therapists. This treatment can be adapted according to the client’s requirements (gentle and relaxing to deep tissue).
CBD MASSAGE
$70 1 hour / $100 1.5 hour
We are thrilled to offer therapeutic massage with CBD infused massage butter. The CBD acronym stands for cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive compound found in the cannabis plants. These active components have been shown to have both analgesic (pain-killing) and anti-inflammatory (healing) properties when applied to the skin.
Who is this treatment good for?
Studies show CBD delivers a potent analgesic effect. So anyone looking for relief from localized pain, muscle soreness or tension can benefit. Anyone with fibromyalgia, arthritis, peripheral neuropathy or conditions causing pain and discomfort can benefit. Also, CBD’s anti-inflammatory properties have been shown to greatly diminish inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and irritated, itchy skin. You may sign up for this service when making your appointment or you can just let your therapist know when you arrive for your full body massage
DRY BRUSH EXFOLIATION
$45 / 30 minute treatment
Dry Brushing is a wonderful way to exfoliate! Exfoliating or “unclogging” the skin doesn’t just eliminate dead cells but also increases blood flow improving lymph flow/ drainage. Unclogging the skin also opens the pores, making them ready to receive our amazing massage or wrap products!
